Once you have completed your order, you can no longer change it. However, you can easily return any unwanted items to us for a refund. Please refer to our returns policy.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day of the order being placed, depending on the shipping method selected. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us, letting you know that your order has left our warehouse and is on its way. Please allow up to your estimated delivery date for your order to arrive. If this date has passed and you still haven’t received your order, contact us straight away and we will be happy to help.
Unfortunately, we are unable to amend the delivery address on an order once it has been dispatched.
In the unlikely event you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with your order number, which item you have not received, what you have received in its place and photographic evidence. Once we’ve received the above information, we will work quickly and efficiently to ensure the problem is rectified to your satisfaction.
If you have received your order and you find an item is missing, we may have removed the item due to being out of stock. In this situation, you will be sent an email giving the option to choose an alternative item. If we have received no response within 48 hours of this email, the item will be refunded from your order and the remaining items sent. If you haven’t received an email notification about an item being out of stock, but you’re still missing an item, please contact us immediately stating your order number and the missing item(s).
From time to time, we run discount codes for Mr Bundle. The best way to find out about these and make sure you get the biggest discounts is to subscribe to our mailing list and like our Facebook page.
Unfortunately you are not able to use two discount codes together. If you have more than one discount code, you’ll need to decide which code you’d like to use.
